How do I move my hosting from another provider to Raideil?

There are several basic steps that need to be followed.

1. Sign-up for a Raideil account if you don't already have one
2. Move the files from your old hosting provider into your Raideil Account.
3. Change the DNS (Name server, Domain Name Servers) where your domain name is located to:
1. ns1.raideil.net
2. ns2.raideil.net
4. Wait for the DNS changes to take effect, we recommend 48 hrs.
5. Yippee! Your hosting has been successfully moved.
6. Cancel you old hosting account.

Can you help me move from my current hosting company to Raideil?

Yes, we have a full service moving package for a onetime charge of $85.00. With this package we do all the technical work for you to make the move complete.

Can I have a ASP.NET 1.1 site and a ASP.NET 2.0 site?

What if I'm not happy with Raideil and want to move to another web hosting company?

If for some reason you need to move to another hosting company, we will not hinder your efforts in anyway.

You'll need to follow a simalar process as we outlined in "How do I move my hosting from another provider to Raideil?", but sadly you'll need to replace the Raideil specific information with information provided you your new hosting company.

Can I host a website without having a domain name?

Yes! For those who don't need a domain you can still host with us. Your website will have an address like  yourwebsite.raideil.net. All the features of web hosting are available with a no domain account.

Email is not available if you do not have a domain name.
