JAVA, JSP and Tomcat

We do love coffee, but that's not the JAVA we're talking about here. JAVA, JSP and Tomcat are the most advanced and robust technologies available today for building websites and e-commerce web applications.

These three technologies are widely used for large websites and enterprise web applications. Here at Raideil Inc. these are the preferred web development technologies.

JAVA was born as a programming language for use on the Internet back in 1995. It quickly gained widespread support through out the world and has continued to chart the path for all other Internet programming technology's to follow.

JSP is a simplified interface to the JAVA language that is used for programming dynamic web content. As an extension of the JAVA language it can be used by programmers and none programmers (such as website designers) to create simple to advanced websites.

Tomcat is the engine that powers JSP. Raideil uses Tomcat for delivering JSP to all our web hosting plans. We are currently running Tomcat version 5.5.4.

JAVA, JSP and Tomcat are included in all the web hosting plans offered by Raideil Inc.
